If you continue to be affected by Coronavirus (COVID-19) you can now apply for a payment holiday extension using our online application form.
Our revised and updated form will provide a personalised example of your payment holiday application financials. Also, if you select the email option, the financial examples will be emailed to you as a PDF for your records.
We have also released a new Payment Holiday Calculator, which will provide some examples for you to review before applying. This can also email you a PDF for your records – this form will not be sent to CHL, and if you wish to apply for a payment holiday, you will need to complete the online application form.
If you would prefer, you can download our paper application form to print, complete and return by post.
