CHL currently administers the day to day servicing of c.30,000 mortgages across several sectors: Buy-to-Let, commercial property, semi-commercial, and residential home loans including monthly payment collection, maturing loans, customer enquiries, redemptions and complaints management.
CHL has significant experience of managing bespoke campaigns for arrears management, loss mitigation, asset management and interest only strategies across multiple sectors: Buy-to-Let, commercial property, semi-commercial, and residential home loans arrears.
The CHL Team are trained to contact customers to establish root cause of all payment difficulties. Once established, forbearance requirements and individual customer requirements are considered where specific needs of the customer are assessed, and appropriate measures implemented to drive the right customer outcome.
Master Servicing and Portfolio Oversight
The CHL Team can provide Master Servicing oversight for mortgage portfolios to add enhanced value and optimise operational efficiencies. CHL currently oversee c.£5bn portfolio of regulated mortgage contracts and unsecured debt.
CHL can act as a Standby-Servicer, taking over servicing activities should for any reason the incumbent Servicer are not be able to meet their contractual obligations. CHL currently act as Standby on a number of servicing arrangements.
CHL has more than 20 years’ experience in the Capital Markets issuing c.£10bn of securitised debt. An experienced RMBS Issuer, Servicer and Cash Manager for securitisation and warehouse structures with the capability to populate BoE loan level and ESMA templates.
