Bank of England Base Rate Change
It has been announced that the Bank of England base rate has decreased from 4.75% to 4.50% in February 2025. The new rate will take affect from March 2025 and for the majority of customers, your payment will change from April 2025. We will write to you confirming your new monthly mortgage payment shortly.

We will prepare your annual mortgage statement after 31 March 2025. It will cover the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 and will be sent to you by post.

To protect your data, we won’t automatically send any statements by email.

If you live in the UK, you should expect to receive your statement by the end of April 2025. If you live outside of the UK, your statement is likely to take longer to arrive.
